ContactSync Pro is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used.

Your contacts, messages, and call logs are never sold or shared. All sensitive data stays on your device or your personal Google Drive account.

READ_CALL_LOG  Optional Show incoming, outgoing, and missed call history. Can be skipped.

How We Use Your Data

We use data only to operate ContactSync Pro — to manage contacts, show messages, send birthday reminders, back up your data to Google Drive, and display ads to free users.

We do not sell your data, build advertising profiles, train AI models, or share information with any third party outside of what is described in this policy.

Data Storage & Security

All personal data is stored locally on your device using a Room Database. We do not operate any backend servers that receive your contacts, messages, or call logs.

When you use Google Drive Backup, a VCF file is uploaded directly to your own Google account. We never have access to this file.

Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all local data. To remove your backup, delete the VCF file from your Google Drive.

Children's Privacy

ContactSync Pro is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

Your Rights

You can access, edit, or delete any data directly inside the app at any time. You can revoke permissions via Android Settings → Apps → ContactSync Pro → Permissions. Premium users can remove all ads and ad tracking.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
